Job Responsibilities (Legal Counsel - Executive / Senior ) Handle compliance and legal affairs related to the company's daily operations to ensure the compliance of business activities.
Draft, revise, and review contracts and other company-related legal documents formulate and improve company regulations, systems, and standardized documents establish and enhance a comprehensive legal risk control and management system for the company and its overseas subsidiaries.
Participate in legal disputes involving the company, assist in handling arbitration and litigation, and provide on-site legal negotiation support during important negotiations.
Address various legal issues arising from business operations and provide legal consultation to other business departments or personnel.
