UWCSEA East has an opportunity for an Innovation Operations Assistant to support in the running of its innovation centre, part of
Working with the Head of Innovation, The Operations Assistant has day to day responsibility for maintaining and supporting the equipment and environs of the Centre. They support students visiting the space in using the equipment safely, developing skills and projects within the space and they collaborate closely with the Head of Innovation to run the space and programmes effectively.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in the scheduling of Competitions, Events, Meetings and Workshops
- Purchasing requisition through the UWCSEA CRM platform
- Updating the UWCSEA CIMS platform with regards to transportation and competition signups
