Innovation Specialist- UAE Nationals

The Department of Community Development is looking to hire an Innovation Specialist- Emiratization.

The role is responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing and measuring the success of strategic partnerships that drive Innovation growth and align with organizational goals.

• Contribute to the success of innovation ideation and implementation cycle
• Develop and deliver incentives framework for individuals and partners.
• Manage the sponsorship fund raising framework.
• Measuring the success of Innovation Initiatives
• Follow up and coordination for assigned projects

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Innovation, Strategy, Public policy or any related field.
• A Minimum of 3 Years Experience in Innovation and partnership performance and stakeholders.
