Innovation Talent & Culture Leader — Enablement

UOB in Singapore is looking for a leader for the Innovation Talent Associates Program. The candidate will liaise with various departments to enhance alignment on Talent and Culture initiatives and drive the UOB Innovation Challenge to encourage employee engagement and innovation.

This role requires expertise in stakeholder management, change management strategies, and effective communication planning. A background in program leadership within the innovation space is vital.
