BJC Medical Group is offering a unique inpatient cardiology opportunity designed for cardiologists seeking balance without sacrificing impact. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist to join our inpatient cardiology team in a weekday-focused role at Memorial Hospital Belleville.

This position is intentionally structured as an alternative to traditional cardiology hospitalist models and is designed to support consistency, and long-term sustainability. Unlike many traditional hospitalist models, this role offers allowed time off, and dedicated CME days, providing flexibility to schedule time away when it's most convenient for you. This structure creates intentional, protected time off throughout the year while maintaining a consistent weekly schedule —resulting in more reliable and uninterrupted personal time.
