Inpatient Nurse (RN)

Location: Davao City, Davao Del Sur, Philippines POSITION OVERVIEW: Tebow CURE Nurse manages the care and recovery of the patients in collaboration with the medical team, who undergo Orthopedic and Reconstructive surgeries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Restores and promotes patient’s health using the nursing process.

Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

Provides physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends.  Identifies patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and their families.  Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.

Performs quality of care by adhering to the established plan of care and standards.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
