Social Worker – Complex Psychosis Pathway (CPP)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic social worker to work within the new Complex Psychosis Pathway (CPP) in Leeds. The CPP provides a whole‑system approach to Mental Health Rehabilitation and Assertive Community Treatment, including inpatient settings (Newsam Ward 5, Asket Croft, Asket House) and community teams.

Main duties

The post holder will oversee the social care needs of the service user group across the inpatient areas of the CPP and provide an innovative professional social work service to in‑patient service users while promoting social inclusion. The role involves:

• Participation in multidisciplinary and multi‑agency working, supporting colleagues and contributing to the development of complex rehabilitation.
