Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Metals / Steel Distribution

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will sell industrial metals — including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel in sheet, pipe, and structural forms — to purchasing managers and business owners across Ontario. This role involves outbound calling, managing existing accounts, and developing new business. You will be selling to small and medium‑size businesses that require raw metals for internal manufacturing and fabrication. You will receive a mix of warm leads, self‑prospected leads, and dormant accounts. This is a full‑time, in‑office role reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager. The base salary is $65,000 – $75,000, plus monthly commissions and an annual bonus.
