Job Summary
An Inside sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales with an organization by reaching out to potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients, all from within the office.

Key Responsibilities 

1.Lead Generation, Identifying and qualifying new leads through phone calls, emails, or online research.

2.Sales Presentation, Presenting products or services to potential clients, over the phone or virtual meetings.

3.Closing Sales, working to convert leads into sales, often with set quotas or targets.

4.Reporting, Providing regular sales reports and update management regarding sales performance, progress, and challenges.

Required Skills And Qualifications

1.Graduation is mandatory.

2.Candidates having work experience in BPO sector are preferred.

3.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and work to achieve the targets.
