About the Role MyTravaly is looking for energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialists to support our hotel acquisition and growth team. The role involves qualifying inbound hotel leads, coordinating meetings with Business Development Managers (BDMs), following up with prospects, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle. This role is critical in improving conversion rates, maintaining strong communication with hotel partners, and supporting the growth of StayConfirm and MyTravaly hospitality solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Qualification Handle inbound leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website enquiries, WhatsApp campaigns, and referrals. Verify hotel information including room inventory, OTA presence, and operational requirements. Identify decision-makers and assess business potential. Categorize leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, or Invalid.
