Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provides subject matter expertise for our Client Marketing and Visa Consulting project opportunities andproposals, beginning with translating business questions into research objectives and assessing if existingassets can be leveraged
• Devises the best research methodologies for projects
• Manages & maintains preferred research vendor list & identifies for each project the best vendor at bestprice
• Oversees quality of proposals & outputs of research and insights projects to ensure client satisfaction andrepeat client engagements
• Project manages the research and insights work on behalf of the client marketing and VCA teams
• Prospects, scopes, executes, & deliver insights for our clients and merchant partners, delivering incrementalmarketing services revenue
