INSTALL AND DISMANTLE SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for meeting clients’ needs by supervising and assigning job tasks related to set-ups and takedowns in the field, coordinating shipments; supervising on-site show labor, handling on-site problems, completing reports concerning field services jobs; recommending cost-saving measures to clients; confirming inbound and outbound freight, assisting in invoice preparation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Set up or assembly (installation) and take-down or tear down (dismantle) of trade show displays .
• Ability to lead onsite show labor teams to achieve show ready results
• Ensure equipment is always fully operational.
• Load and unload equipment at events sites.
• Assist in inventory, repair and cleaning of equipment in warehouse and event sites.
