Opportunity Description
The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world. The Role Monad is compounding enterprise and institutional momentum across payments, RWA, and trading infrastructure. This role owns the respective positioning and narrative strategy: how Monad shows up to business audiences, what the differentiated story is, and how that story gets told consistently across every touchpoint. You'll work closely with the business development and GTM teams to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with deal priorities, and you'll build the positioning, materials, and campaigns that help Monad stand apart in a crowded L1 landscape.
