Institutional Sales & Web3 Partnerships Director

Zamanat is a Sharia-aligned real-world asset tokenisation platform. We structure and tokenise assets across funds, private credit, real estate and receivables, then distribute them through institutional, private wealth and on-chain channels.

We are building the commercial engine for our first fund and related asset-backed mandates. The role is hands-on, commercial and execution-led.

We are hiring a Senior Manager / Associate Director, Institutional Distribution & Web3 Partnerships to help build demand for Zamanat's tokenised investment products.

The role covers two parallel channels.

• First, traditional distribution: GCC family offices, HNWIs, Islamic investors, private banks, wealth platforms, Takaful operators, awqaf and selected institutional allocators.
• Second, Web3 distribution: digital asset managers, crypto-native funds, on-chain treasuries, regulated exchanges, OTC desks, custodians, tokenisation platforms and...
