We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to craft impactful online learning programs that blend creativity, structure, and technology. Role Overview The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing engaging digital learning materials. This role will collaborate with subject matter experts, content developers, and multimedia teams to deliver courses that enhance learner engagement, retention, and performance. Key Responsibilities Design and develop instructionally sound, interactive eLearning courses, videos, and digital content. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure and transform technical or professional content into clear, learner-friendly modules.
