Instructional Systems Design Engineering

**Description:** The Training Systems Instructional Systems Design (ISD) engineer will be assigned to establish the requirements, following the standard ISD process to, for new capabilities being incorporated onto the F-35 platform. The ISD engineer will work collaboratively with other members of the Training Systems Architecture team, Pilot and Maintainer Subject Matter Experts, Suppliers, and Government team members to create effective solutions for training. The ISD engineer will follow the process through the process from initial requirements through implementation at the schoolhouse and in the training devices.
Specifically, the selected candidate will evaluate, analyze, and implement training solutions in order to improve and/or enhance the Training Systems developed products. Additional responsibilities of this position include:
