Responsibilities SUMMARY The primary purpose of this position is the incumbent serves in a key staff professional position as the Chief of Evaluations for the commander, dean, agency heads, and staff of the Ira C. Eaker Center for Professional Development (ECPD) in administering over 75 professional continuing education (PCE) courses and the Eaker Associate Degree Program. Advises and develops policy, procedures, and provides leadership, expertise, and guidance throughout the organization in areas of strategic planning involving educational effectiveness, and managing the assessment and substantive analysis of the Center's educational programs for program improvement.
