Summary You will serve as a INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST within NAVSAFENVTRNGCTR. Responsibilities You will design, develop, evaluate, and maintain training programs and materials; ensure instructional quality and compliance; oversee training-related contracts and contractor performance; and provide acquisition and program support. You will analyze, design, develop, evaluate, and maintain training programs and instructional materials. You will lead curriculum development projects and collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions. You will monitor training quality, review course feedback, and recommend curriculum updates to improve learning outcomes.
