Instructional Systems Specialist

The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of conventional duties relating to a variety of Instructional Systems program areas and to complete developmental assignments and training outlined in the formal training and development program. Responsibilities Attends education and training courses and briefings during the first eight months of assignment. Completes rotational assignments within the training squadron/group. Performs routine taskings, or assists other with more complex assignments, which require the application of professional education/instructional design. Conducts routine classroom, laboratory or field instruction. Accomplishes special projects. Attends courses, conferences, and briefings to increase knowledge of training processes and procedures.
