- Total Rotary-Wing Flying Hours: 4,500
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Hours: 1,000
- AW139 / H145D3 Hours: 1,500
- Night Hours: 200 (minimum of 100 actual or SIM)
- MP Hours: 500
- License: ATPL IR – AW139/H145D3 (CFI/QHI/TRI)
- ELP: Level 5 or higher
- Medical: Valid Class 1
