Job Description



Position Title: Instrumentation Foreman

Work Location: Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan



Duties and Responsibilities



• Oversee the daily operations of instrumentation and control systems

• Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to instrumentation technicians

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, reports, and system records

• Support and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives



Qualifications



• At least 5 years of experience in instrumentation or a related technical field

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and control drawings
