What the day will look like
You will focus on supporting a team who are educating clients on risk and insurance products, submitting, and brokering business, presenting, and closing opportunities and servicing accounts. Key responsibilities will include:
+ Manage a Small Business Insurance portfolio of new and existing clients
+ Achieve personal and team revenue targets within identified markets - working to clear KPI’s and targets across Acquisition and Retention
+ Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment
+ Negotiate new & renewal terms with underwriters
