Insurance - Business Analyst

Job Description : Insurance BA 1 : BA with moderate knowledge of Salesforce in the Insurance industry, with good CRM expertise. Global Insurance experience is Mandatory. An experience BA in customer onboarding and process streamlining or process consulting is also a good fit for the role. Insurance domain is preferred not mandatory. Insurance BA 2 : BA with Insurance domain expertise. Strong transformation background and Global Banking experience is preferred. Prefer awareness of Global Banking systems and ways of operating. Ability to manage senior stakeholders is the key.
