Job Description :

Insurance BA 1 :

• BA with moderate knowledge of Salesforce in the Insurance industry, with good CRM expertise.
  
• Global Insurance experience is Mandatory.
• An experience BA in customer onboarding and process streamlining or process consulting is also a good fit for the role.
  
• Insurance domain is preferred not mandatory.
  

Insurance BA 2 :

• BA with Insurance domain expertise.
  
• Strong transformation background and Global Banking experience is preferred.
  
• Prefer awareness of Global Banking systems and ways of operating.
  
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders is the key.
