Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and register insurance claims from client
- Guide clients through the claims process
- Ensure all claim documentation is complete and submitted to insurers
- Liaise with insurers, assessors, loss adjusters, and service providers
- Follow up on outstanding claims and keep clients informed of progress
- Provide general administrative support related to claims
Requirements:
- Previous claims or insurance experience preferred
- Knowledge of Short-term insurance
- Relevant insurance qualification (advantageous)
- Computer Literacy
- Good understanding of insurance policies and claims procedure
