Analyze insurance policies, draft comprehensive coverage opinions, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to insurer clients
Handle all phases of insurance coverage litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation and resolution
Attend and participate in depositions, court appearances, hearings, and mediations
Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and legal memoranda to the highest standard
Conduct thorough legal research and translate complex findings into clear, persuasive written work product
Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and support staff on multi-matter litigation projects
Communicate directly with clients, building trust and delivering strategic legal guidance
Represent clients in court and before government agencies
Negotiate settlements and assist in resolving complex coverage disputes efficiently
