Opportunity Description
- Develop and implement overall sales strategies for insurance products (life, general, health, etc.) in line with business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive geographic and customer segment expansion.
- Ensure consistent productivity and compliance across all distribution channels.
- Utilize data and market intelligence to support informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and engagements with key clients and partners.
- Drive initiatives to enhance client onboarding experience, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management frameworks.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate reputational and financial risks.
