The Overseas Virtual Assistant will provide administrative, customer service, and operational support to the personal lines insurance team. This role ensures smooth daily workflow by assisting with policy processing, client communication, documentation management, and follow‑up activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with insurance systems, and able to deliver professional service in a fast‑paced environment.
