Insurance Virtual Assistant - AMS360 Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and fast-moving Insurance Virtual Assistant with mandatory AMS360 experience to support a boutique insurance agency serving high-net-worth clients in the United States.

This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, communicates professionally, and can execute tasks with speed and accuracy. Response time, attention to detail, and strong insurance processing experience are critical to success in this position.

You will work directly with internal teams handling endorsements, remarkets, renewals, policy servicing, quoting, and client follow-ups.

This is a NIGHT SHIFT role to accommodate US clients. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight schedules consistently.
