Intake Coordinator

What is the Opportunity?

As the Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for marking up all new claims received within the department in a team-oriented, multi-disciplinary, digital environment. You will also participate in projects within the department as required. You will work in a dynamic claims environment with exposure across multiple lines of business.

What will you do?

• Own the accuracy and quality of new claims markup, verifying coverage and identifying common claimants within the established SLA.
• Lines of business include ID, STD, LTD, Waivers, Secured Client, Incomplete Claims, Life and Specialty claim mark-up.
• Precisely code data in multiple systems and databases within service standards.
• Accurately process special handling of Large Case Groups within established SLA and follow exceptions and instructions.
