Integration Specialist Architect

●  Participates/gives inputs in the development of the department/section/unit’s annual Operational Plans and initiates/presents proposals, activities and programs to the Immediate Superior to ensure the department/section/unit goals and objectives are achieved.

●  Contributes to the formulation of specific guidelines, program and activities directly related to the assigned section/unit.

●  Researches on new trends or practices with regards to the specialization of the area or scope of the unit/section assigned.

●  Effectively coordinates and communicates with all units and other key people of the organization for the overall plans, implementing programs/activities and scheduling of activities of the Section/Department.

●  Provides support to teams by participating in administrative duties, team meetings, problem solving and decision-making.
