Opportunity Description
The Intelligent Automation and Tech Innovation Manager leads the strategic identification, design, and delivery of automation and innovation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, modernize IT infrastructure, strengthen security, and reduce costs across the organization. This managerial role oversees multiple concurrent projects, drives continuous process transformation using advanced technologies such as RPA, DPA, AI, and machine learning, and collaborates closely with business SMEs, process owners, system integrators, vendor partners, and the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). The manager champions innovation, ensures governance, and aligns automation initiatives with organizational goals.
