There are Three Post:

• One post for 37 hours per week
• One post for 21 hours per week
• One post for 18.5 hours per week

The Family Wellbeing Team are responsible for providing early help support to families with children aged 0-19 years of age and to young people up to the age of 25 with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND).
