Coota Girls Aboriginal Corporation (CGAC) supports the healing, wellbeing, and self-determination of Survivors of the Cootamundra Domestic Training Home for Aboriginal Girls (1912–1969) and their families.

Our work is culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and Survivor-led. We deliver healing programs, provide practical support, advocate for systemic change, and create safe spaces for truth-telling, dignity, and intergenerational healing.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Intensive Support Officer to join our team. Key duties will include:

• Provide holistic, trauma-informed support to Stolen Generations Survivors, families and descendants
• Work alongside individuals to identify their needs, goals and priorities
• Coordinate referrals to culturally appropriate services and supports
