Intercompany Process Transformation Manager

+ The Process SME plays a critical role in driving process excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within the shared services organization. This role supports the development, implementation, and optimization of IC processes, working closely with global process experts, leads, and business stakeholders.
+ A key focus is to ensure alignment with global standards, facilitate the transition to future-state service models, and contribute to major ERP transformation initiatives. The Process SME enables consistency, efficiency, and performance through strong process governance, stakeholder engagement, and project support.
Main tasks:

+ Lead the execution of Intercompany transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, and value realization targets.
+ Drive implementation in close collaboration with Finance, Tax, GBS, IT, and business teams.
