Responsibilities Provide professional engineering expertise for contract design drawings, technical specifications, feasibility studies, and scopes of work. Manage and review complex, multidisciplinary designs across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural engineering. Serve as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracts, including contract analysis and negotiation support.
