The Opportunity
We have recently launched in South Africa and are looking for a high-impact leader to bridge the gap between our early-stage entry and full-scale operations. This is not a passive advisory role; we need a Fractional General Manager who can commit 10–20 hours per week to own the market, solve complex infrastructure hurdles, and drive the product forward.
You will have the autonomy of a Country Manager with the flexibility of a consultancy. You are the boots on the ground lead, responsible for ensuring our Earned Wage Access (EWA) product thrives in the local ecosystem.
