Interim Dealership Accountant, Hybrid, £300-£450 daily inside, Full time, Birmingham Your new company Hays are pleased to be supporting a dynamic and established multi-site car dealership who require some interim support within finance. Your new role Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Complete month-end and year-end accounting processes within agreed deadlines. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances. Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting entries. Support annual audits and statutory reporting requirements. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Monitor dealership performance against budget. Analyse financial trends and provide commentary to management. What you'll need to succeed You must have previous experience within a motor dealership or automotive finance environment.
