Job Summary

Are you immediately available and looking for an Interim Estates Surveying role offering a competitive day rate?

We have been instructed by a local government client based in London currently requiring an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
 
The role will run for an initial 6 months with the view to extend and will pay between £400-450/day inside of IR35.
 
Largely this role will be tasked with the general management of the commercial estate within the borough and will include such duties as:
 

Overseeing and progressing a range of Landlord and Tenant professional and estate management work 

Progressing leases, licences, wayleaves and easements, from agreement of Heads of Terms through to a successful completion

Undertaking agency work including viewings, support with valuation inspections
