Key Responsibilities


  • Support the Private Assets Tax Lead in applying the organisation’s tax risk framework and ensuring consistent governance across products and structures.
  • Provide independent review and challenge on high‑risk or complex tax matters, including structuring proposals, investor terms and adviser outputs.
  • Identify and escalate issues requiring senior tax input, contributing to tax guidelines, guardrails and governance materials.
  • Maintain visibility over early‑stage structuring activity and support assurance over tax‑sensitive implementation steps.
  • Monitor relevant tax developments and help build tax awareness across Private Assets teams.
