We are looking for a Interior Architectural Designer to join our design team at Total Environment, a design-led real estate company known for creating sensitively designed and highly crafted homes. The role involves leading a team that works closely with homeowners to develop personalized, functional, and aesthetically aligned design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Delivery:
- Meet homeowners to understand requirements and develop design solutions that are simple, functional, and aligned with TE aesthetics.
- Coordinate with structural, services, project, and site teams to ensure feasibility and design compliance.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, specification sets, and Bo Qs.
- Conduct stage-wise site inspections to ensure the work aligns with design intent.
Quality Assurance:
