Interior Designer

The Junior Design Manager supports the Design Manager in overseeing the Podium Branch’s visual merchandising, design project coordination, and sales initiatives. This role assists in ensuring branch presentation, client service, and project quality meet Genteel Home standards, while developing skills in sales strategy, client relations, and design leadership.

Key Accountabilities

Branch & Visual Merchandising Support

• Assist in maintaining branch cleanliness, asset condition, and display setup.
• Support the creation and updating of vignettes that reflect brand identity.
• Help monitor store presentation to attract foot traffic and enhance customer experience.

Sales Support & Performance Monitoring

• Assist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Provide initial client assistance, product knowledge, and basic design inputs.
