Interior Technical Architect

Position Summary

This role is a detail-oriented; proactive responsibility for managing the technical development, coordination, and documentation of projects from design development through construction administration. The incumbent will collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project execution while maintaining design integrity, technical accuracy, and compliance with building codes and firm standards. This role reports to and works with the Technical Lead on the project(s) to manage all technical aspects of the project.

Position Responsibilities

• Generate construction documents in coordination with mechanical, building systems, codes and ADA requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact in the construction administration phase.
• Attend project site meetings and write field observation reports and RFI responses.
