Summary This position is located in the Specialty Care Services of the Vancouver VA Medical Center in Vancouver Washington, serving as a Intermediate Care Technician, providing administrative and clinical support to the staff and patients. Responsibilities Major duties include but not limited to: ICTs may perform tasks as outlined in this Position Description (PD) and in accordance with local policies after documented completion of training and demonstration of appropriate skills and competency. Performing observation-based screening and collecting patient information in collaboration with licensed personnel. This may involve completing clinical reminders, obtaining patient health history, chief complaints, medication history, and identification of health-related conditions that may impact the patient's health status.
