Intermediate Estimator - ICI & Civil Construction

Sovereign Construction Management Limited ( is seeking an experienced Intermediate Estimator to join our growing team. We are an ICI General Contractor and Construction Manager specializing in site servicing, concrete, petroleum, industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects throughout Ontario.

This position is intended for someone with real construction industry experience and a strong understanding of drawings, takeoffs, tendering, and pre-construction coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications

·       Review and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical drawings

·       Perform takeoffs using estimating software

·       Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for public and private projects
