**Job Description:**

Manages the various elements of the firm’s or assigned unit’s health and safety program. Reviews the firm’s or assigned unit’s health and safety manual and updates as required by law or standard. Updates and oversees the new employee safety orientation for employee and craft positions. Oversees the substance abuse program and updates as required. Coordinates third party audit programs. Participates in the development of health and safety related policies as required by local, state and federal regulations. Performs periodic audits to ensure compliance with said regulations as well as with the company policies and procedures. Collaborates with management to develop training and conduct presentations for health and safety programs.
