Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

AtkinsRéalis is looking for experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join our team on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and locations within the UAE.

• Post‑Contract Commercial Contract Administration, including re‑measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, monthly cost reports, variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, nominated sub‑contractors, insurances and bond management.
• Attendance of design and commercial meetings.

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post‑degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in key sectors such as hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure and the like.
