Intern, Clerical Union Undergraduate Year-Round - Explosive Testing, Fab & Operations, Onsite

What Your Job Will Be Like:

We are seeking a Year Round - Clerical Union Undergraduate Intern to join our dynamic team!
On any given day, you may be called on to:

+ Order supplies, manage calendars, support organization staff, facility requests, move requests, mail stuffing, sorting and distribution.

+ Team with OAA's and SMA to complete some of the following: answer phones, schedule meetings, time sheet reminders, Webcars, order supplies

+ Provide administrative/clerical support to several departments

+ Other clerical duties as assigned

As a condition of employment, the selected candidate will be represented by the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), which requires monthly membership dues or agency fees.

Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite
