Our internship program is designed to provide students with meaningful, hands-on experience while supporting AIM’s mission-driven work across the region.

Internship Overview

AIM is seeking four Summer Interns for a paid internship opportunity focused on professional development, community engagement, and workforce readiness. Interns will gain valuable real-world experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative nonprofit environment.

This internship is intended for local students who are passionate about learning, community impact, and exploring careers in nonprofit and human services fields.
