Responsibility

This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from senior experts and work in the CTG (Cartage) Department as an Ocean Freight Transport Planner. Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Planning & Coordination
  • Assist in planning and booking ocean freight shipments (FCL/LCL).
  • Support vendor selection and date planning based on Job Operator instruction.
  • Help monitor shipment progress and update Milestone status in CW1 thru ESP app.
• Operations Support
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., CW1 Cartage Advise, Carrier Booking Confirmations, Carrier CRO, Coloader Shipping Note, Packing List, K1/COR port system tracing).
